A private integration for office contact quality.

Chula Vista CPA APC uses Hermes to maintain a local, read-only cache of authorized Google Contacts and prepare an Identity Data Quality Audit using existing office records. The audit identifies matching contacts, possible duplicates, missing details, and differences in phone numbers or email addresses.

What the integration does

The scheduled workflow reads Google contact names, organizations, phones, emails, identifiers, and synchronization metadata. It compares cached contact details with existing local Zoho CRM exports and refreshes the existing Google audit spreadsheet. It does not edit Google Contacts or Zoho CRM records.

Scheduled synchronization, comparison, auditing, and health reporting are deterministic scripts. They do not invoke an AI model. The audit spreadsheet’s General access is Restricted, with only the authorized owner account identified in the office’s review. Interactive AI-assisted contact lookup is separate from this scheduled pipeline; the privacy policy distinguishes enabled Nous Privacy Mode from unverified downstream provider practices.

The separate Sheets/Drive permission can authorize viewing, editing, creating, and deleting files accessible to the application. The scheduled workflow uses it to maintain the existing audit spreadsheet; it does not request access to all Drive files.

Informational website only

This website provides no sign-in, account connection, file upload, contact search, or access to client records. The operational Hermes portal remains separate and protected by Cloudflare Access.
